Estimate requests and bookings

Submitting a form or leaving a message starts a conversation. It does not reserve a crew, hold a date, or create a moving contract. Scope, pricing, payment terms, dates, cancellation terms, and any service-specific conditions are confirmed directly in the estimate conversation and the service agreement you sign.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact, address, inventory, access, and timing information. Tell the team about stairs, elevators, gates, parking limits, unusually heavy or fragile items, building rules, and changes that could affect the work. Please do not place alarm codes, financial records, or other sensitive documents in form fields. Do not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content.

belongings and two cars-in addition to 3 canceled flights and 14 day mandatory quarantine once we arrived to Texas. The coordinator kept us informed during the process. When we found out our first flight was cancelled and we would not be able to fly for at least another 3 weeks, they held our shipment for us and kept us updated on when things would arrive so we could plan accordingly. Our things arrived safely and I am thankful for the amazing service we had during these crazy times.

overcharged. It should not have taken 3 people 7.5 hours to pack and move a one bedroom apartment 3 miles. As a retired military wife I have been part of many moves including helping pack for a long-distance move (I was offered a job with the moving company). I think that one of the reasons it took so long was the excessive use of packing materials. It is completely unnecessary and environmentally irresponsible to wrap and tape many of the items individually especially for such a short move.
