Office moving

An office move is a schedule, not a truck.

What breaks a business move is not the furniture — it is downtime. Which team stops working at what hour, what travels together, what gets connected first at the destination. We build the sequence around your operating hours, then move the office in the order the plan demands. When the move stays inside the Metroplex, local moving explains the street-level logistics; packing support lives on packing services.

Know your scenario

Three office moves we plan.

Single suiteA weekend turn from one suite to another, ready for Monday at 9.01
Floor by floorPhased moves that keep half the company working while the other half relocates.02
Growing into a new spaceStartup furniture and equipment sequenced into a first real office.03
After hours

Nights and weekends are part of the plan.

Most DFW offices move when the office is empty. Evening and weekend windows, building access rules, and dock schedules are all set during the estimate conversation — so the crew arrives when your business will not notice.

Office moving FAQ

What businesses ask before a move.

Who coordinates with building management?

You or your facilities team requests the access; we make sure the details are right — dock windows, freight elevator reservations, certificates of insurance — and plan the day around them.

Can the crew work nights or weekends?

Yes. Hours are agreed in the estimate conversation and matched to your building rules, so business hours stay yours.

How is office equipment handled?

Workstations, monitors, and printers are wrapped and moved with the protection they need; servers and sensitive equipment get a planned path and placement.

How early should we start planning?

As soon as the destination is known. Dock and elevator reservations at busy DFW buildings book out, and the sequence needs your input on priorities. Early notice buys the good windows.

belongings and two cars-in addition to 3 canceled flights and 14 day mandatory quarantine once we arrived to Texas. The coordinator kept us informed during the process. When we found out our first flight was cancelled and we would not be able to fly for at least another 3 weeks, they held our shipment for us and kept us updated on when things would arrive so we could plan accordingly. Our things arrived safely and I am thankful for the amazing service we had during these crazy times.

overcharged. It should not have taken 3 people 7.5 hours to pack and move a one bedroom apartment 3 miles. As a retired military wife I have been part of many moves including helping pack for a long-distance move (I was offered a job with the moving company). I think that one of the reasons it took so long was the excessive use of packing materials. It is completely unnecessary and environmentally irresponsible to wrap and tape many of the items individually especially for such a short move.
