Moving in Irving

Las Colinas towers, lakeside apartments, and everything between.

Irving packs three kinds of moves into one city: corporate campuses and office towers in Las Colinas, dense apartment districts along the canal corridors, and family neighborhoods spreading toward the edges of town. Each one asks a different question about access — and we ask it before move day.

Las Colinas offices

Garage clearances, freight elevators, and dock windows in the business district, planned around your working hours.

Office

Apartment corridors

Elevator reservations, loading-zone rules, and the walk from the garage to the unit, timed to the building’s schedule.

Apartment

Family neighborhoods

Driveways, gate codes, and a truck position that keeps the carry short in residential blocks.

From our base to yours

A short run up I-635, planned like a long one.

Crews stage out of North Dallas, so Irving moves start close — up I-635 or across on SH 114. Proximity is not an excuse for skipping the plan: your estimate conversation confirms the arrival window, the building rules, and the parking at both addresses before anything is booked. Irving moving FAQ

What Irving customers ask.

Mover pushing a wrapped wardrobe
What Irving building rules should I request from my property?

Loading location, garage clearance, elevator procedure, insurance requirements, and the hours when moving is allowed. Send what you know; we will help confirm the rest during follow-up.

Can you handle an office move in Las Colinas?

Yes. Las Colinas offices move on dock windows and freight elevators — the sequence is planned around your operating hours and the building’s rules.

How far ahead should I book an Irving move?

Once your dates are roughly clear. Month-ends and summer weeks fill first, and the elevator window at your building can shape the whole day.

Does the form reserve my Irving date?

No. The form starts the estimate conversation; availability and scheduling are confirmed with you directly.

belongings and two cars-in addition to 3 canceled flights and 14 day mandatory quarantine once we arrived to Texas. The coordinator kept us informed during the process. When we found out our first flight was cancelled and we would not be able to fly for at least another 3 weeks, they held our shipment for us and kept us updated on when things would arrive so we could plan accordingly. Our things arrived safely and I am thankful for the amazing service we had during these crazy times.

overcharged. It should not have taken 3 people 7.5 hours to pack and move a one bedroom apartment 3 miles. As a retired military wife I have been part of many moves including helping pack for a long-distance move (I was offered a job with the moving company). I think that one of the reasons it took so long was the excessive use of packing materials. It is completely unnecessary and environmentally irresponsible to wrap and tape many of the items individually especially for such a short move.
