Packing services

Packed by people who do it every day.

Packing is where moving days are won. A kitchen alone can swallow a weekend — dishes, small appliances, the drawer everyone pretends does not exist. Our crews pack with a system: right materials for each surface, room-by-room labels that match your destination, and an inventory you can actually use. Every packing job runs with a licensed and insured moving crew behind it. Packing usually pairs with a full move — see residential moving or apartment moving for how the plan comes together.

What is included

Choose the packing help you need.

Packing is scoped by rooms and items, not by a flat package that does not fit your life.

01

Full-home packing

Every room, packed and labeled, ready before the truck arrives.

02

Selected rooms

The kitchen, the closets, the home office — you choose where the hours go.

03

Fragile-only

Glass, art, electronics, and heirlooms wrapped the way they deserve.

04

Unpacking at destination

Boxes opened, contents placed, packing material carried away.

How it works

Packing that fits the move schedule.

Keep these with you

What should not go in a box.

Documents, medication, chargers, jewelry, and anything you will need the first night travel with you, not on the truck. During follow-up we will confirm what stays with the family and what gets packed — and everything else is labeled by the room it lands in, not the room it left.

Packing FAQ

What people ask about packing.

Are packing materials included?

Yes — boxes, tape, paper, and wrap are part of the packing plan. The estimate conversation confirms the materials for your scope, from a studio kitchen to a five-bedroom house.

Can I pack some rooms myself?

Of course. Partial packing is common: we take the kitchen and the fragile items, you handle the books and clothes. Tell us the split and we will schedule around it.

How do you handle TVs, art, and glass?

Fragile items are wrapped, padded, and boxed for the route — with extra protection for anything that needs a measured path through doors and hallways.

Does packing change my moving-day timing?

It can shorten the day. A pre-packed home loads faster and starts the day on schedule — the coordinator will build the sequence with you.

belongings and two cars-in addition to 3 canceled flights and 14 day mandatory quarantine once we arrived to Texas. The coordinator kept us informed during the process. When we found out our first flight was cancelled and we would not be able to fly for at least another 3 weeks, they held our shipment for us and kept us updated on when things would arrive so we could plan accordingly. Our things arrived safely and I am thankful for the amazing service we had during these crazy times.

overcharged. It should not have taken 3 people 7.5 hours to pack and move a one bedroom apartment 3 miles. As a retired military wife I have been part of many moves including helping pack for a long-distance move (I was offered a job with the moving company). I think that one of the reasons it took so long was the excessive use of packing materials. It is completely unnecessary and environmentally irresponsible to wrap and tape many of the items individually especially for such a short move.
